Great place! Great inventory
I purchased a belt for my son, he's a slim young man. The name plate was not placed in an area that would lay flat against his body. I asked to have the belt redone as I know they do not give refunds. It took another 2 weeks to get the belt back and they moved the name plate to the other side as I had requested but left two holes where the name plate had been. I paid $70 for a belt with holes in it. Ridiculous! Now my son has a gift from me that he might use as a work belt due to holes left in it but certainly not as a daily... read more
First time here was awesome. I will come back. Loved the huge consignment section in the basement. Service was great. The employee was helpful and nice even though I wasn't making any large purchases.
This is the only tack store I have ever been to that is accomidating to novice and plus sized riders. This is huge for me, as many places will be cold and dismissive towards customers based on their size, lack of knowledge or funds. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly , in addition to being nonjudgmental and super helpful. They will help you find quality products that accomidate your budget.
