If you are looking for a slum lord and don’t fix nothing, but want u to pay on time. you’re at the right place. They gave me 3 different houses 8 months. All the houses they own are a POS. I don’t recommend that anyone give them their money. Not looking out for the tenants but want their money.
Please do not do any business with these people. They will rip you off. I rented a house from these people which was found to be condemn. These people already has 9+ Judgments against them and owe more than $750,000 to people including me. I warn you stay away from Wise Choice.
