Avoid. Shower door ordered and paid for over a week ago and I have heard nothing since. Emailed them, no reply. Phoned on a couple of occasions and the line just rings out.
Do not order from this company, ordered a shower door and paid for express delivery over a week ago and haven’t heard anything from them, not replying to emails and can’t get through on the phone
Very unprofessional company. Products sent are not the products ordered. Packaged in “bath store” boxes which were battered, seeming suspicious. Delivery took lots of chasing, took over a month to process. Avoid.
If i could give zero stars i would, as far as im concerned I’ve been scammed I’ve order a new shower set on May 7th and it advertised delivery with 4-8days and we are now 3rd June and still haven’t received the shower. I’ve rung several times and left on hold for 20 minutes each time and then get a message saying no one can answer the phone and cuts me off. No one replies to either of there emails, I’ve sent several with no response. I’ve messaged there online chat and get no response until you say you will take this further... read more
