Save yourself the hassle and don’t use. Non existent customer service. Ordered a sink and paid for express delivery in 2-3 days, after numerous calls and getting fobbed off (don’t bother emailing they won’t reply), I asked to cancel the order. Promised a refund and still waiting 2 weeks later. Waiting for credit card company to do a chargeback. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Really impressed with the variety of bathroom products available. Got a toilet and vanity unit at a great price. The quality is top-notch and the team were super helpful throughout the purchase.
DO NOT BUY. Bought a shower door from these guys at the start of July. Nothing arrived, no tracking updates, emailed around 10 times and got a reply once saying someone would call, no one did. Requested refund 5 times now, just gets ignored. Guessing I have lost my money sadly.
Exceptionaly bad. Firstly, the customer care is horrendous - it takes 2-3 attempts, each lasting about 20-25 minutes hold to get to talk to someone. And then the representative is ALWAYS confident in their response with promises that are not kept.
