Order placed dec 1st 2025... Shower never arrived. I have dozens of call logs- never answered. Multiple voicemail left - never returned. Dozens of emails sent - no response. I have formally given a 7 day email notice for a formal response otherwise proceedings and PayPal contact will take place. SCAM! ROGUE COMPANY! AVOID! Liars and thieves. They said shower tray was ‘on its way’ - it wasn’t. They said they would refund - they didn’t. Thank goodness payment was made through PayPal - raised a complaint with them and got a refund which would not have done if had paid by another method.
Scammers, don't buy, they don't deliver ordered goods, they don't answer the phone, there is no contact with this company and there are no refunds.
I recently left a review of a shower door I had paid for and it didn't turn up, I then had months of unanswered calls, emails and instant messages trying to get the money refunded, in the end my bank dealt with it. Interestingly, Wise bathrooms challenged the bank even with the large amount of emails I had as proof. I then got a call from someone professing to be the owner of Wise, giving me a sob story about someone in his family being ill so he hadn't been keeping an eye on his business and offering my £50 to take my revie... read more
