I began working with Jennifer after a bad experience with another attorney who would never return my calls or emails. I was scared & defeated by the time I walked into the office, but Jennifer’s empathy, grace, transparency & responsiveness made a very painful & stressful situation so much easier to navigate. She met every expectation one would have for an attorney - she always remained timely in following up, & she was always very clear about the potential outcomes within my family law case. Chris Wise took a bad situation and made it good. He was my third lawyer, and turns out third time is the charm! Confident, capable, and compelling, Chris achieved a successful mediation in record time. Also, as a fellow veteran, I appreciated his own remarkable military service that lended relevant knowledge to an otherwise civilian matter. He is a get-the-job-done professional which is my kind of lawyer; highly recommend.
Unethical practices. Does not follow state law. Breeches contract and refused to provide a refund for services paid for but not received. They make up erroneous fees, not stated in the fee schedule, nor billable, in order to justify not owing you a refund. Charges excessive legal fees such as $750 per 30 minutes of litigation. Wise is not concerned about your case, and will not think twice about leaving you broke and unrepresented.
