I attended the couples yoga workshop with Kat. My partner and I have never done anything like it before and we left feeling so comfortable and relaxed while also noticing new strengths in our relationship. Kat is such a gifted and intuitive healer, and her essence shines through her work. You will automatically feel comfortable with her, even if you don't know what to expect from yoga therapy. I got so much more from just one session than I anticipated. Give her a try! You won't regret it.

Having been practicing yoga on my own for the last few years for the benefit the stretching along with the meditation I thought I would take a Yoga Therapy class with Kat to see how it could help. She is extremely easy to work with even with the yoga experience I have she was able to help realize that pusing to my extreme limits isn't always the best in yoga and in life. But to learn to listen to the body and mind for the times it is necessary to push beyond your limits
