They’re supposed to be experts yet the failed to tell us fundamentals like, pool must be connected to sewer. Found this out after everything finished and couldn’t get certification until this was done. $16k later! Found that they outsourced pretty much all the work to other pool contractors. One of them was exceptional and we should have gone with them for everything . Proj manager made changes to make life easier for them without consulting us. Dealing with Wisdom Landscapes has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Paid the deposit in Nov 2022, job was completed in Jan 2024, constantly brushed off, lied to and ignored. My fault that I don't know how to read the Engineering drawings properly, delayed the job by 11 weeks and just left a hole in our garden. Destroyed the front lawn as they left a skip, portaloo and several sand bags on the grass. We had to pay well over $8k extra to rectify issues of their making. One of the worst experiences I have had dealing with Wisdom Landscapes. Paid the deposit in Nov 2022, job was completed in Jan 2024. Wisdom Pool's unprofessional work with the pool tiles and the gap between the pool and the tiles are unprofessional, you feel they don't want to do their job, 6 months to set up the heater and finally it is working, not following or care about how they did or if the customer have any issues, u need to chase them. Not recommend at all wisdom pool.
I would recommend, especially when your company's signage is displayed on your vehicle, that you refrain from aggressive tailgating behaviour and your partner, that supposedly passes for a woman, making inappropriate gestures towards other motorists.
