Wisdom renovated my pool and surrounds in 2021. I had nothing but trouble with them and their trades, plumbers, electricians carpenters etc etc all a disaster. Lights that filled with water, plumbing that didn’t connect. I wouldn’t have bothered to do this review from that long ago expect I recently had a major disaster with their work and after they refused to acknowledge the terrible work and building code violations and said the insurance had expired. They’re supposed to be experts yet the failed to tell us fundamentals like, pool must be connected to sewer. Found this out after everything finished and couldn’t get certification until this was done. $16k later! Found that they outsourced pretty much all the work to other pool contractors. One of them was exceptional and we should have gone with them for everything . Proj manager made changes to make life easier for them without consulting us. Dealing with Wisdom Landscapes has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Paid the deposit in Nov 2022, job was completed in Jan 2024, constantly brushed off, lied to and ignored. My fault that I don't know how to read the Engineering drawings properly, delayed the job by 11 weeks and just left a hole in our garden. Destroyed the front lawn as they left a skip, portaloo and several sand bags on the grass. We had to pay well over $8k extra to rectify issues of their making. Wisdom Pool's unprofessional work with the pool tiles and the gap between the pool and the tiles are unprofessional, you feel they don't want to do their job, 6 months to set up the heater and finally it is working, not following or care about how they did or if the customer have any issues, u need to chase them. Not recommend at all wisdom pool.
