Xenia is incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with! She lent me a TENS machine for my birth and took the time to explain how everything works, offering helpful tips for labour as well. She also makes beautiful labour and baby massage oils. I highly recommend her!
As soon as I met Xenia, I knew she was the support person I needed to prepare for a VBAC for my 2nd birth. She has a beautiful, warm, supportive nature and is so intuitive with all things motherhood. Leading up to the birth, her sessions and resources gave me the confidence and knowledge to go into my 2nd birth much more prepared (and less "go with the flow" of my first). Xenia was absolutely amazing! I would recommend her to any couple wishing to undertake Hypnobirthing classes. With her warm nature, Xenia made us feel very comfortable in our classes. We visited four times, with each class being a couple of hours long. I looked forward to heading to her classes to learn more, and loved seeing my partner get involved too. We're sad that the classes are over, but i don't think this will be the end of our relationship! I'll be sure to take her up on some postpartum help too :) x
Xenia is amazing! We did the hypnobirthing course with her we absolutely loved it. The techniques and guidance she shared with us have made us so excited and we feel ready for the birth of our little boy in a few short weeks hopefully. Would highly recommend she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease.
I highly recommend Xenia for her doula, post partum and mother blessing services. Xenia has been a guiding force and source of comfort through my pregnancy. Her women's circles have been incredible, and she hosted my mother blessing too. Xenia holds space so beautifully. The mother blessing was such a beautiful day. I can't wait for my post-partum closing of the bones, massage and Reiki package! Xenia is clearly called to this work from a place of passion and her support is intuitive and from the heart.
