Rude staff upfront! I came in to get my German shepherd a flea pill that he’s been getting for 4 years from this clinic and I was told I need to bring him in for an annual. No problem except that they are booked till April and he needs his flea pill now. They hung up on me when I asked if a vet could speak to me and it not be the decision of a clerk at a desk that obviously doesn’t care. The staff upfront isn’t friendly.
