Will never go back! They are not upfront with the cost of the glasses you are ordering They didn’t even give me options to have a lower tier lens I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses I thought they were quite pricey I asked if there was anyway to get the cost down the girl helping me said only to get rid of the polarized lens well didn’t want sunglasses without polarized lens so I sucked it up and paid the price. I purchased glasses 10 months ago and went in so many times for adjustments. I was so unhappy with the fit that I was ready to write to the manufacturer. They are standing behind their product by allowing me to get a different pair of glasses at no charge. I am shocked and very happy that they will do this for me. Nice to know that some places still care.
Customer service non-existent. Visited with full intention of purchasing new glasses. Wondered around "blindly", while three associates were "busy" doing their own thing. When one inquired if we needed help, we were told what we were looking for were "kind've all over..." We were not directed to any one, specific area, nor were we made to feel like of (possible) patronage was appreciated.
