They are not upfront with the cost of the glasses you are ordering They didn’t even give me options to have a lower tier lens I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses I thought they were quite pricey I asked if there was anyway to get the cost down the girl helping me said only to get rid of the polarized lens well didn’t want sunglasses without polarized lens so I sucked it up and paid the price. They will not stand behind the accuracy of their lenses. I recently purchased a pair of frames and lenses. The lenses in the first pair had to be remade because the bifocal was misaligned horizontally. When I received the replacements the lens for the right eye had issues. Wisconsin refused to remake it. The manager stated that the first remake was done as a courtesy and it was their policy to not replace them a second time. I took the lenses to three independent professionals to have them checked. I called just because it was close to my house, only to find out that the eye doctor there usually has up to a month wait to get in.
