I got in same day with blurry vision. Something was wrong with my eye. Dr. Le took great care of me and did all she could to get me into a specialist right away.
Ryan at the Durand location in Racine was exceptional. Knew this was my first pair of glasses and took extra time to explain each option and what advantages & disadvantages were for each. I appreciate that level of customer service. Thanks Ryan!!!!
I want to recognize Ryan for the excellent service he provided during my recent visit. He went above and beyond by taking extra time to carefully repair a broken pair of glasses. His patience, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure the glasses were properly fixed made a big difference. It’s rare to experience that level of dedication, and I truly appreciate his effort. Ryan’s customer service reflects well on the store, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others because of this experience.
