we scheduled an appointment. they asked us to come early for paperwork. We didn't arrive 15 minutes early as requested, but we were there in time for the scheduled appointment. it took us only 2 minutes to complete the paperwork. However, they took the next patient scheduled after us, even though we had already completed our papers. this caused us to wait 40 minutes for the appointment.
