Turn around time is typically 3-4 weeks, which is crazy! Especially for simple things like an AR warranty, they also would send us glasses, and the RX's would be wrong. They deformed a few of our frames. They had the most restarts/breakages out of any lab we have worked with. Their customer service team was very kind, but often did not have a lot of information as to why jobs were delayed
I was unloaded very fast. Nice and friendly people
i was there for a job fair. i signed in and walked around the receptionist said " stay over here" meaning towards the sitting area. than i started to talking to an employee , the receptionist told me not to talk to employee. the receptionist has been there apparently for many years and needs a lesson on being social. although after that day i found out , the work environment is very " toxic" " clique". and even though i received an email thank you but no thank you. I would not work there after knowing that.
