I am not one to write a review but I had an incredible experience at this Wisconsin Vision location. I booked a same day appointment online for a a telehealth vision exam and the process was fast, easy, and I was done with a new pair of glasses ordered in under an hour. The staff, especially the store manager were helpful and friendly and I will be going back with a family member to purchase new frames. Location is large, selection of frames is vast. I absolutely love this place, I’ve bought so many pairs of glasses, and I have never been disappointed, not even once. And today was no exception, I brought two pairs of my designer glasses to be adjusted and one pair was even pretty mangled Jenni What’s fabulous. I’m just so excited to let everybody know that they need to go to Wisconsin vision at the corners of Brookfield, ask for Jenni!
Did not care for the doctor or her staff; Courtney was absolutely the worst of the bunch. Not even worth detailing the less than stellar experience. Will be bringing my daughter back to her previous eye doctor. This place was very transactional and unfriendly.
