Callie was phenomenal. She patiently answered all of my many questions and went above and beyond to find me the right info.
So appreciate Courtney's help today! She went above & beyond to help fit a non-prescription pair of sunglasses for my upcoming trekking vacation! Location is fun too if you like to brunch, lunch, shop, etc. Thanks, Courtney!
I've been a loyal customer for 3 years and have really enjoyed Dr. Alcesto so this review does not pertain to her. However, staff assisting with frames during my past two visits have left a bad taste in my mouth with their brusque attitudes. Once can be excused as a bad day on their part, but consistent experiences cannot.
Needed service on 2 pairs of glasses. The service was fast and friendly. I really appreciated how easy it was. Thanks Jenny
We had a great experience, and Amanda was awesome
