I enjoyed my experience at Wisconsin Vision twice now! I came in December of 2024 and looked at a couple of pairs of glasses but couldn’t decide. When I arrived today, the representative (Vae) instantly recognized me and remembered what frames I was specifically looking at before! That was impressive! She was very knowledgeable and helped me find a very unique frame! I will be back! Customer service was on point!
Came in for a repair on my glasses.. Callie S. was the first person to jump up and help me. Really wonderful person to talk to. Thank you, so much!
