They will not stand behind the accuracy of their lenses. I recently purchased a pair of frames and lenses. The lenses in the first pair had to be remade because the bifocal was misaligned horizontally. When I received the replacements the lens for the right eye had issues. Wisconsin refused to remake it. The manager stated that the first remake was done as a courtesy and it was their policy to not replace them a second time. I took the lenses to three independent professionals to have them checked.
