Closed on 80 acres of vacant land on 18 Aug 2016. Everything was done via email. In the closing package, I was given 2 options for receiving the proceeds - either overnight via UPS or USPS. I choose to receive by USPS. I wrongly assumed that it would be sent with tracking information. 11 days later, I have not received a check.
