In for 4 Tire Stem repairs, Battery check & taillight replacement. Visit took over 2.5 hrs. in waiting room. New Delco battery charge seemed appropriate for item. Was surprised at $107 charge tire stems. Also, for $45 taillight bulb replacement. I'm not particularly impressed with this Wheelers location.
quick and easy oil change and tire rotation,courteous and helpful
I wanted them to check out my break pedal (in addition to my oil change) because it was making a sound that was not normal. I tried to communicate this when setting the appointment and also when showing up for the appointment however it did not get conveyed. I had the distinct feeling that they were not listening even though I tried to reiterate my concern and that I was going to be taking a long trip soon. Everyone was nice but just quick to get me in and out the door without taking the time to really listen.
