Jenny is VERY fair and upfront about her prices. She ended up buying some of my silver and gold and told me she couldn't give me the best price for some of the things I brought in and advised me to hang on to them or try to sell on my own to get a better price. I really appreciate her honesty and will be doing all my business with her from now on.

I'm just a customer sharing my experience. If you claim to be a refinery, you should be offering higher prices, not lowballing people who are literally bringing you gold. Great experience. Best place in the Lake Geneva area to buy gold and silver with competitive prices. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I also sold some jewelry and was happy with the price. I will buy again from WPM.

We love buying silver from here. Jenny is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and made buying silver a very easy and comfortable experience. We have no reason to shop anywhere else for precious metals.
