RICK AND HIS GUYS BEST EVER,'!!
Was under the impression I needed a new catalytic converter from another source. Was referred to Wisconsin Muffler and spoke with Rick. Appreciated him doing his own diagnostic, which turned out to be an O² sensor and new gas cap! Way cheaper than the quote for converter. Appreciated not feeling intimidated being a woman knowing nothing about cars! Rick was amazing and I highly recommend checking them out and talk to Rick and the team will get you right at a fair cost! I didn't feel cheated and will keep coming back to them!
I've been a loyal customer at Wisconsin Muffler for some time now. These guys here do the job and do it right every time I come by and get work done. It's the only shop I trust to work on my Cadillac. They always take care of me and get things done right. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

They always stick to their quote, there’s no suspicious fees or overcharging, I never have to go back for the same issue twice, and their customer service/communication to customers is excellent!
