They don't respond to your questions. I asked about microplastics in 4 layer masks. Sent e-mail, also called. They never answered. Left a message on their phone but my voice was not too clear as have been having throat and lung problems. I was a customer for a number of years and do not appreciate their not answering. It's really hard to find masks that are actually made in the USA. A lot of times, when you investigate more closely, masks that are purported to be from the US are still actually manufactured in China. I'm happy to report that these are the genuine article, made right here in the US. I've gotten some good masks from China in the past, but also some that were pretty bad. We have been ordering WMS masks since the beginning of the pandemic and have seen great progress with their mask quality! it tells us that they care and keep up with the current conditions. During the first Omicron surge, they had some issues with delivery because of high demand, but Andrew responded so quickly and sent me a replacement order (my original order still arrived but it was very delayed so it was not their fault). High quality masks and quality, thorough service! Thankful for the work that you do!!
