Outstanding patient care! I had a skin cancer screening with Megan and subsequent surgery by Dr. Sauerhammer. I was in excellent hands during both procedures. Megan is attentive, incredibly thorough, kind and empathetic. Before the surgery Dr. Sauerhammer put me at ease and clearly explained the procedure. Exceptional!
Absolutely LOVE the provider, but their billing is the most confusing, mixed up mess ever. First off, I always pay my bills. I just need to actually receive my bills. I first went to the clinic in Green Bay in 2024. I literally never received a bill (assuming my insurance had covered I didn't reach out). I paid my in office cost and didn't give it another thought.
