I did have some issues with my device, but I spoke with Michelle Adamski Director of Operations, and she took the time to figure it out with me and resolved the issue!
Giving kuddos to Brian who was working yesterday. He went above and beyond for me so I could avoid catastrophe and getting locked out of my vehicle. He was way overbooked but still understood my situation and without me even pleading he just went into action and got me out right away. Thank you thank you! Especially during the holiday season he could have been a Grinch but he was so helpful so I'm blessed he was working yesterday. Thank you!
Very poor experience with this company . Poor communication and is not helpful with first timers users for the device. Created car troubles and then gets locked out of car with no follow up or set appointments.
