I recently visited the Applebee's In Wausau WI. There was a problem with payment services, the technology was not working.... which it is what it is. As the manager was telling us we couldn't use a gift card because the system was down. The manager was extremely condescending! He actually said to us, 4 30 something year old afford that "we wouldn't understand!" Basically we were told gift cards weren't accepted, and we were too stupid to understand the payment system being down.. apologizing would have been acceptable, howev... read more
