Great train ride and good wine and snacks Even saw Santa Claus
*review is for the Santa pizza train* We entered the private room and immediately the kids were bored. There was nothing to do, nothing to see outside the train ride. Nobody greeted us or told us how the process worked. We wandered out of the room and asked if we could walk around the train. The staff informed us there wasn’t anything to see and they would come get us when it’s time to meet Santa. We sat back down and the kids got hungry. Eh….expensive for what it is. Pizza was ok. Cookie was good. Hot chocolate was watered down and not very good. Didn’t even have marshmallows, for $50 a person it should have marshmallows. Just saying.
It was $213 for 4 tickets. The 2 hour train ride was so cold we were all cold and numb when getting off the train even with wearing several layers and our winter coats and boots. The pizza was cold and just ok. We got maybe 1/4 cup of hot chocolate with a cinnamon raisin cookie. The cookie was good. My son did enjoy Santa and the Santa car was decorated beautifully. Santa and Mrs. Clause were great. Staff was friendly. Overall I do not feel this was worth the 3 hour drive to go on this ride. VERY disappointing and VERY COLD!... read more
