Efrain is a tremendous service technician. My elevator was having running difficulties, but not on a consistent bases. Efrain came and looked throughly into what was the problem. After considerable time and effort he finally came up with the solution! My elevator has run perfectly since. I can not thank him enough for the peace of mind he has given me. Terrible reliability. We have had this elevator ~3 years and the auto gate open/close has never worked reliably. We have spent several hundreds of dollar for adjustments and it does not last more than a few days. At this point, I wish we had chosen a different manufacturer.
