Efrain is a tremendous service technician. My elevator was having running difficulties, but not on a consistent bases. Efrain came and looked throughly into what was the problem. After considerable time and effort he finally came up with the solution! My elevator has run perfectly since. I can not thank him enough for the peace of mind he has given me. Jeff and Adam were very professional and courteous. Great service, they were here two days and had to deal with a very small crawl space. Also, vacuumed and cleaned up when they were done. Appreciated how they took the time explaining everything to me. Thank you, Mary L- Fond du lac
Terrible reliability. We have had this elevator ~3 years and the auto gate open/close has never worked reliably. We have spent several hundreds of dollar for adjustments and it does not last more than a few days. At this point, I wish we had chosen a different manufacturer.
