So glad to have a local office with fast and friendly staff
Fasted on Sunday 27 Apr for a blood draw on Monday 28 Apr. Showed up at the Racine Clinic and waited for an hour outside the clinic but nobody showed up to draw blood. Clinician was supposed to be there at 0700. Call to main office to let them know that nobody was there to draw blood. Received a call back at 0800 informing me the office was closed. Unacceptable. 5 other people were also waiting. Caught another two in the parking lot and let them know that the office was closed. I wonder how many more people came after I left... read more
