Extremely friendly since they are taking your money from you.
I think management needs to listen to the conversations their representatives have with the taxpayers. The person I had was unprofessional. He scoffed and laughed during our conversation. I just wanted to know some basic information from the taxes I filed. I never said anything to him that would excuse the way he talked to me. Whoever I spoke with is not the kind of person that should be working in a government position.
I spoke with two people in this office yesterday. They were... amazing. They were kind. They were patient. They were a complete surprise. I called ready to do battle, but they diffused me and I hung up with a smile on my face.
