Michelle was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided fast, accurate answers and recommendattions. I cannot say I've ever had a negative experience with WRS phone support; they seem to be a worthy use of my tax dollars.
I have never been so disappointed in the government. This facility claims they had sent out two notices stating that we owe them, we never received any notices. We found out by having our account completely drained, savings and checking. Left with a negative balance of -27 dollars. This was a joined account that supported a family of 3 suddenly drained without notice. I am disgusted to say the least. 10/09/2024 Suggestion: The implementation of a means to isolate the filing of a Schedule H considering the tax filer has no other tax filing obligations is genius. It further fosters a means to aid low income, disabled, single parent households an opportunity to obtain a modest refund of rental payments to some degree.
