Terrible service. They send you a bill, then make the repayment and account setup process nearly impossible. When you call, nobody knows how to help, so they transfer you from department to department. A state tax department should have a streamlined process in place if they expect people to pay them for the ridiculous tax bills they receive.

Should be zero stars. Talked to Michael weeks ago because I couldn't afford to the amount taken from my checks and need to pay my bills. He offered 5 percent to be the garnishment and I was overly thankful to be able to pay my bills. Told a day before my paycheck and all my bills are being paid for as a single mother with two children they make a mistake and I have to deal with it. Terrible, uncompassionate, greedy people. No sympathy for when people are having a hard time. We couldn't come to an agreement on a payment plan. They wanted a bigger payment than I could afford. They put a levi on my bank account and took every penny out. Left me with a zero balance for over two weeks. Had to use my credit cards for everything and then I had credit card debt. I dread talking to them on the phone. Rude and unprofessional. They made me cry more than once. Awful.
