Dr Lau, Elle and staff were great! Very thorough too
I went in because my daughter and I were in pain, coming into having a cavity for myself and my daughter’s tooth pulled, we were promised my daughter could have her tooth removed and it never happened. Also not notified of the cost of the bill in the beginning We did love the dentist, but were disappointed by what we were told and being lied to and not notified of estimated cost upfront & no help with our pain!
I was told my daughter could get her wisdom tooth taken out today, and it never happened I wasn’t warned about the fees upfront either, when they had my insurance card on file for months. Pretty disappointed and I won’t be returning
My first visit at Wisconsin Dental Wellness went well. All of the staff members are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They did a very thorough exam and cleaning and weren't rushed. The doctor is also gentle and takes his time to explain the results and answer all questions.
