I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Rude staff and subpar customer service.
Case manager met twice, only asked how I was doing both times never asked what resources I needed or anything. Then "tim" my wcs worker never once offered resources. I needed transportation and asked a week in advance and kept reminding him and he picked up a newer client in the same facility and drove him 30mins out of town and I had the client to remind him and he did and still forgot about me and was late to dr. Then I asked for therapy resources and was told to go to another resident in the facility for information. To t... read more
