Website gives you all the info you need in a fairly user friendly layout. They were responsive when I sent in a few questions I did have about changing the number of people in our party and adding some accessories. Only suggestion I have is when ordering backrests, if it was an option I would pay more to ensure we got the bigger black plastic backrests as opposed to the fabric ones that buckle on. We had such a great experience this summer with WI Canoe Co. They were safety minded, calm, friendly, thorough in their instructions. I highly recommend them.
This was my second year doing the 25 mile/2 night trip and it was awesome! The scenery never gets old on the river and the Wisconsin Canoe Company is top notch. You guys make everything so easy. Even though we are getting ready to head into the winter months here in IL, I'm already looking forward to cruising the river in 2025.
