Dr. Mlsna is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever seen. She truly cares about the patient first and showed so much compassion to my case. She made me feel like a priority even though she has so many patients to care for. Front desk staff and all people at Wisconsin bone and joint were amazing as well!
I went to their Hospital en Glendale for my knee replacement. The care was beyond five star!
I had a 2:15 appointment with Dr. Jessie Bauwens. I arrived at 2:14 not thinking that I had to fill out paperwork because I was already patient at the facility with a different doctor. As I was filling out the paperwork, a patient came into the office and said that she had a 2:45 appointment with Dr. Jessie Bauwens. I looked at the time and it was 2:27. Very impressed with Dr. Donatello and his nurse practitioner Emily Weiss. She is very sharp, and they are a great team. Very professional, courteous, and attentive. Nurse Practitioner Emily is on top of her game. Both very knowledgeable and Nurse Emily was familiar with my medical history. She was able to provide information to the doctor about my medications, dosages, and past surgery in real time when I was unable to remember. A+++
Would not recommend unless you like to wait and sit around. Our appointment was almost 2 hrs. Our time with the Dr wasn’t even 30 min. Waste of time especially when taking time off work.
