Dr Ferguson is an excellent doctor. He explained things very well. The final outcome was even better than I expected. Amanda, Gretchin, and Shar from the front and apointment desks were all great. Very polite, knowledgeable and personable. They worked with my schedule and were very helpful. Lisa in x-ray did a professional job and she was so nice. Always with a smile. My interactions with everyone from Dr. Fergusons office and the hospital were outstanding. He has a great team.
They charged us interest on a ludicrously priced, yet necessary service. What are people supposed to do? Our insurance paid a boat load and we also paid up front as well. Research has shown us there are better or equally qualified surgeons in the Milwaukee area who aren't after every last nickel in your pocket.
So, when patients have financial difficulties, they choose to harass with incessant phone calls and charge interest on your bill. Interest! What kind of healthcare provider charges interest?They get their copay and insurance payments on their ridiculously over charged services and then comes the excess for us to choke on.
