They charged us interest on a ludicrously priced, yet necessary service. What are people supposed to do? Our insurance paid a boat load and we also paid up front as well. Research has shown us there are better or equally qualified surgeons in the Milwaukee area who aren't after every last nickel in your pocket.
So, when patients have financial difficulties, they choose to harass with incessant phone calls and charge interest on your bill. Interest! What kind of healthcare provider charges interest?They get their copay and insurance payments on their ridiculously over charged services and then comes the excess for us to choke on. I will never get services from this clinic again the staff isn't friendly & the doctor didn't have time to talk to me about my MRI he sent his minion in gave me test results as if I knew what I was reading 😡😡 & told me to go back to physical therapy & continue to get injections..no pain medicine..no explanations 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Staff is super friendly and Dr. Huezinga is fantastic. If you have any kind of knee pain, definitely come here and check it out.
Overbooked. A word to the wise ...... if you're waiting more than 20 minutes, rebook another appointment because you can COUNT ON a rushed visit as the Doc tries to catch up on his day!
