Tried calling OVER 15 different numbers. NOONE answers. This is the kind of customer service i HATE. NOONE wants to HELP anyone.
HORRID! Customer service! Litterally just hung up from calling these people regarding their product. I purchased the 1930 canner via Costco. I received the canner and tested it yesterday as I always do with new. The test run went perfectly fine. I need 15lbs of pressure and pressure gage was off at 16 1/2 lbs and weight jiggle was @ 2-3 times per minute with a 45 min process of jars containing water.
