HORRID! Customer service! Litterally just hung up from calling these people regarding their product. I purchased the 1930 canner via Costco. I received the canner and tested it yesterday as I always do with new. The test run went perfectly fine. I need 15lbs of pressure and pressure gage was off at 16 1/2 lbs and weight jiggle was @ 2-3 times per minute with a 45 min process of jars containing water. It is a challenge to back across the street blind and into a tight, dark garage. The employee's really hustle to unload and reload trucks.
Work there for 26 year in maintenance still working also. They make aluminum castings in sand and steel dies.
