It is a challenge to back across the street blind and into a tight, dark garage. The employee's really hustle to unload and reload trucks.
Work there for 26 year in maintenance still working also. They make aluminum castings in sand and steel dies.
Customer service is shameful with the defective products. I don't know how the customer service is with the products that work. Why would you not want to fix your mistakes instead of making it personal? Shameful. Boo. I will take this down when you make it right.
Customer service is terrible if you need repairs. I know 2 people that spent thousands of dollars on their equipment and are having a miserable time trying to get it rectified. Their customer service rep Becky Manlick will hang up on you after telling you that the number isn't Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Co. Purchase from anywhere else besides this company.
