Probably a 4.5. Molly really went out of her way to make sure my concerns about an in suite visit were met during my stay at Authentic Birth Center. Alexiyah was phenomenal in helping me with prenatal lactation care and milk supply concerns virtually. In person care postpartum with Dana was good and she took time to explain recommendations. I'm not a big fan of how scheduling was handled or their online messaging platform. But care plans were very detailed and they all really care. I'm very glad Wisco exists.
They are incredibly helpful and wonderful people. My anxiety has gotten so much better and my baby and I have slowly figured things out because of Wisco Lactation!
I collaborated with Molly and Ashleigh and got to see the behind the scenes of their work. They are authentic people who genuinely care about supporting women through their breastfeeding journey. As if that's not enough, they value providing mental health resources to their clients too! Highly recommend working with them in a professional or client capacity!
The Wisco Lactation team are literal angels on earth. The success of breastfeeding my son can be credited to them, as I would not have made it without them. I had the pleasure of working directly with Molly, Ashleigh, Ann, Beth, and Julia, and each of them were so supportive and helpful. I truly felt like I had a team of professionals behind me in my journey. I cannot recommend them enough!
