From the front desk to the ladies in the back, wisco lactation has been nothing but phenomenal. Working with not only lactation but the OT in house, my feeding experience and my lil man's has been so much better since they've been involved. I had been struggling with getting my baby to latch properly for around two weeks. I dreaded breastfeeding and would feel guilty for feeling that way. Upon a friend’s recommendation, I set up an appointment with Wisco Lactation with my mind set that I would just stick with bottle feeding. Even though my baby was doing well with feedings and gaining weight, I still wanted to talk through breastfeeding with a lactation consultant, so I made an appointment right after we returned home from the hospital. And even as a second-time mom who's done this once before, I learned so much about latch, positioning, bottle feeding, pumping, and more, -- and I feel so much more equipped for the journey. They were so helpful and accommodating! Being freshly postpartum, it was very helpful that you can schedule appts via text. I worked with Beth and she was so kind and informative. My daughter has made significant progress with her guidance. The portal is helpful as well. She even sent all info directly to our pediatrician. Definitely recommend!
