I have a Jeep that has a recall. I've been trying to get it in to service for over a month. Was told 2 weeks ago by Ruby that she would talk to her service manager and would call me back. I haven't heard from her. I called today to speak to her and she didn't answer the phone so I left a message. Still haven't heard from her. Worst service department I've ever dealt with.
I bought a truck in June 2024. I was told by the finance manager that after 6 months, they would refinance me to get a lower rate. I called the finance manager today, and they told me that they do not refinance loans. He offered me to trade it in, and then he could help me. He said he could send me to local credit unions to refinance it. I told him I could do that myself. Once again, this just goes back to car dealers saying whatever to close a deal.
