When did businesses start telling you that they have too much work. Or are they just making excuses? Again when did businesses starts telling their customers about their problems?? Won't call them again.....
I called their number about a plumbing issue that needed attention, and left a thorough and polite voicemail about my issue and asked for a call back. When 24 hours passed and I hadn't heard back from them, I called a different plumber, who turned out to be great and came out the same day. Certainly disappointed in Wirtz not returning my call.
Untimely and Unresponsive. Needed simple gas line placed in and no response after the quote appointment. Was an hour late for that appointment as well. Not a good look for a so called family business.
