The receptionist said "NOPE!" when I asked her if I can give my address when I get there. She had a whole "I own the business" personality throughout the phone call too. It might seem small but as someone who works in customer service, I would never tell a customer "Nope!" for anything. I can't see the customer service getting better from this point and I only imagine it getting worse when I get there. Best orthodontist ever! So blessed by them.
Just visited Wirthlin Orthodontics for the first time because of some damage to my permanent top retainer. I had an exceptional experience and was surprised by the kindness him and his staff showed me . I am very grateful to Dr. Wirthlin. He cares a lot about his patients and is someone worth trusting with your orthodontic care.
Great experience !!! The doctors were extremely helpful. Customer service was great along with fast service!!!
