I was told directly by nurse practitioner James wirth that the reason he was taking me off Adderall and Lorazepam was due to the Opioid Epidemic. I didn't know that during the crack epidemic,for example, they just started pulling schizophrenics off their mental health medication due to the "crack epidemic". It was such an awful experience. IT WAS VERY SLOW! So definitely not the issue JAMES WIRTH probably spent Maybe 10 mins with me 5 mins before chest xray then another 5 after? He did not take time to look at my chart for 5 min before walking into my room he was unaware of diagnosis I have since I was 5 yrs old. I am 45 so easy to find in my chart. I just wanted to leave at that point definitely. Truly I felt bad for other people that were there seeing hopefully they received some care they needed.
Saw him in urgent care, he kept talking about how busy he was. He didn't even do a proper exam and probably spent about 3 minutes total (if that) with me in the room!
James is an excellent Psychiatrist. Takes the time to listen & get to know you. I saw him at Mayo until he left in June 2022; was a very sad day!
Nurse Practitioner Wirth is only concerned with keeping his job at t the cost of the patient. He is extremely unpredictable and seems more concerned with his job safety than a patient’s health. With a patient confess is that they are suffering he pretends that he didn’t hear anything! How on earth could that be healthcare?
