ZERO STARS. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was exceptionally poor. The communication is incredibly slow, and when I followed up, the sales associate was dismissive and unprofessional. Management offered no resolution, simply looping me back to the same person I had an issue with. I have already contacted the OEM to request a different distributor and filed a formal complaint. ZERO STARS. Wirth is a non-responsive liability. Their response times are a joke and demonstrate a profound disrespect for a client's time. Waiting "forever" for quotes and replies is apparently their business model. When I confronted the sales associate, his utterly dismissive attitude—"has it been 24hrs yet?"—confirmed their lack of professionalism.
