I’ll be back to provide my very thorough review regarding my atrocious experience with this builder. I would never ever recommend them to anyone !!!! No leadership, nor follow up after work has been completed by contractors. The head person only cares about the money and not quality. Construction office closed without information of new location. The worst run construction company that I ever dealt with. They fixed Crack in wall, but didn't return to complete. Molding coming apart from the walls and floor tile repair is incomplete.

We moved into our house 7 month ago. We have a shower that is inoperable and everyone is passing the Buck. Doing everything they can to avoid fixing it. That’s just one instance. We have a leaking windows. Door frame that was clearly messed up. Threw some putty on it. Unresponsive. Uncaring. Quality of work and care is the least of their concern. Emails and calls every week. With little to zero communication and no follow through. Carpet wasn’t installed properly. Took weeks to get that fixed. Unprofessional.
This business has not let me down. Whenever something seems to not be correct and it's covered under the warranty, it's fixed as soon as they can. I understand that things can happen but they fix it right away. Not saying there is a lot wrong, just the normal house settling but they are always polite and prompt. The company is great. I will recommend to others.
