Wirral Wetrooms have just finished a second bathroom in our house - the last one was 9 years ago. On both occasions, the service and quality has been outstanding. Carl, Craig, and the team are always happy to help and are flexible with designs, product selection, and finishes. Highly recommend Wirral wet rooms. Carl did a great job designing our bathroom helping to meet our budget and Mike our fitter was exceptional and would 100% recommend him.
We have had 5-6 bathrooms installed by the Wirral Wetrooms in my home and rented property. The quality of work has always been good, however I’ve noticed the post installation service has significantly deteriorated since we had our last bathroom installed in December 2022. There was a leak that created a hole through the kitchen ceiling. While the leak was addressed promptly, it took two months and numerous calls to fix the ceiling.
