Highly recommend Wirral wet rooms. Carl did a great job designing our bathroom helping to meet our budget and Mike our fitter was exceptional and would 100% recommend him.
We have had 5-6 bathrooms installed by the Wirral Wetrooms in my home and rented property. The quality of work has always been good, however I’ve noticed the post installation service has significantly deteriorated since we had our last bathroom installed in December 2022. There was a leak that created a hole through the kitchen ceiling. While the leak was addressed promptly, it took two months and numerous calls to fix the ceiling. Very helpful very polite and very informative
We have had excellent service from planning and design through to installation. The fitters were professional, courteous and worked so hard to install two bathrooms in just two weeks! The bathroom and wet room are luxurious and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend Wirral Wetrooms for exceptional customer care and the highest quality and service.
