I left my wedding dress in this shop to be sold. I have tried to get it back for many years now with no luck. When leaving my dress at the shop, I was given a piece of paper with a number on as a receipt, I have included all this in my emails. The owner, Melanie, replied to say she had found my details and dress, Melanie was contactable by WhatsApp and email, now she doesn't reply. I brought my custom made prom dress from Melanie, when prom was over she said she would take the dress and place it in her shop to re sell it on for me and gave me a paper receipt she took the dress in July 2019, however has recently told me that she still has the dress and was not able to sell it due to covid, which was fair enough so alls I asked for was my dress back!! Don't waste your time and money. I have had to watch my best friend stress and worried right up to the day before the wedding because the bridesmaid dresses were supposed to be made to measure weren't. She hung up the phone on her when she phoned and fatshamed one of the bridesmaids.
