So myself and my partner were here for 39 ish hours so far, this hospital is better than probably any I have experienced, it was exceptionally busy, and staff were clearly doing the best they can with the unfair "extra" considerations factored in to an already challenging job, the staff in the a&e, x ray, ct scan suite and ward 14. Visited UMAC with my elderly mother and cannot praise this unit enough. The team were amazing displaying professionalism, friendliness and empathy through all stages of the process. This unit oozes excellence and in terms of improvement non required. I feel they are a huge asset to Arrow Park Hospital and are true leaders in delivering excellent patient care and experience . Big shout out to the team and many thanks.
