The only words that I can say about “COSY ROOMS” ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, FROM START TO FINISH the way the cosy room went about it refurbishing our bathroom from first walking into the shop to the final result was fantastic Jan & Michelle were wonderful in helping us in picking what we wanted for our bathroom and the cosy rooms team were amazing in dismantling the old bathroom and installing the new bathroom with a walk-in shower completely tiling the walls installing new electric’s and lighting and the team were friendly and d... read more

We had a major problem with our Central Heating system. When the house was built, 10 years ago, the installer completely botched the job, using incorrect pipes and connections. This caused a major leak and left us without heating. Cozy Rooms sent two plumbers, who were absolutely fabulous. They worked very hard on a job which was far from easy, and they were honestly such a pleasure to have in the house. Jay, Ian and Dave have again done a great job for us in replacing our boiler. Their workmanship is outstanding! Nothing is too much trouble and they always clean up after themselves. Would highly recommend these guys. Let’s not forget the two ladies who are in the shop for giving advice and making sure all the necessary products are delivered on time for the job! Next is a new bathroom for us!
Always friendly and helpful. Go out of their way to do all they can to help and their work is excellent, carried out efficiently and tidily. I would recommend them to everyone, an excellent company, would never want to use anyone else.
