Thank you for a superb job! John did an amazing job repairing and fitting our utility room and WC. Would highly recommend him. The work involved levelling floor, changing a door around, moving a toilet, adding a sink, tidying up plumbing and correcting and tidying up electrics. He took off an old wall radiator and replaced an old one and also fitted a new window sill. He took off the old wall tiles and tiled the floors. The standard of work was excellent and Mark the plasterer finished it off with a great plaster skim.
Ian called to view and provide estimate for some boiler work. I heard nothing and called at showroom-was promised he would contact me. He didn't. I am now getting the job done by a reliable company with communication skills After posting the above, the Company replied. Despite my explaining the job and getting told 4 times that they could do this work, the reply ( in Primary 3 English) informed me that this was a Bathroom Fitting business and they didn't do what they had previously said they could.
