I regret to say this but we used this service early July 2022 . Al was actually referred by Home Depot. We hired him to install a wifi thermostat. Unfortunately he was unable to do so due to it not being compatible. It was hard to believe since the home previously had a Nest (modern wifi thermostat) . We still paid him $100 for “trying” to install such thermostat. As of yesterday we cut our heater on & it no longer works. It’s is now cold temperatures in Ga.
