I had a similar experience as SS V. Ray came out to do the work on our hot tub. When inspection wanted a couple things fixed he ghosted me. Ended up having to pay more $$ to another company to get the work done. Sad way to run a business.
Unprofessional company, they came to work on my rental and Made a mess didn't clean up, left all lights on didn't turn off . Removed all plug covers for the whole house and throw them away, city came for inspection and failed me on that, called them and they didn't take responsibility for that or replaced the covers .DO NOT HIRE THEM
