Had the company here to hook up our system. I believe the fellows name was Wayne and also another young man was with him! Great service! Called the 1-800 number afterwards for some technical help I wanted and they were awesome! Everyone was super friendly and helpful!
Probably the worst person to work for, insults you, doesn't help you, doesn't stick around, doesn't finish his jobs. Just an embarrassment really. Wants to take your money and run before finishing the job. Will takes days to do a very small job and when it is done it's incredibly poor. Warning to everyone stay away just a waste of money
Wait months for service calls no return calls no office phone number and no message service on cell phone. Been with this so called security outfit over 14 years and this makes no difference. Save your money and do business somewhere else.
