Worst employer ever, I recently had to have back surgery because of working in the chair department also had a shoulder injury due to this place as well, they have fired almost all of the 2nd shift employees. They definitely care more about money than anything else.
Doesn't believe in work restrictions, non-family oriented, makes you work harder and raises rates that people can barely make and very stressful, management is taught to lie or rehearses lines to make lies worse. Doesn't believe in the health of it's employees just about the money. I left yesterday after almost 4 years.
I didn’t work there for long, as there were several people on the line that have been there for over 30+ years with no job growth at all. Pays too low for the economy, and they don’t understand a family setting at all. Hired me while I was sick and the boss, Rich, Rick, whatever, decided to get rude. Pretty much a low end company but it all goes to the employer.
