I was delighted when Dan told me he heard some product was arriving, and sure enough, just 3+ months after ordering, my generator was in! Polite and professional to work with, and charges a fair price. Some contractors use the pandemic shortages to jack up the prices. Wires & Pliers is a gold-star Kohler dealer for a reason.
