Worst ever customer experience I have ever had at wireless wave. Lady over the counter was very rude and arrogant. Better to visit some other stores for your mobile needs at mall.
Made appointment for battery service for my iPhone 8 over a week ago. Arrived for my appointment to find they were out of stock of the batteries. We drove 1.5 hours each way for the service. The girl on the counter couldn’t have been more rude. If I could give them a zero rating I would have.
Hours say open until 7pm. Im standing outside of the store right now and its 6pm. Shudders closed no employees. So glad i wasted my time after work to drive 2 hours for nothing. Forget you. Shoulda just went to halifax. UBreakIFix is the way.
